SHIPPING & DELIVERY

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We send using Royal Mail Signed For First or Second Class depending on your selection.  We use this service to ensure we are able to track its journey to you in the event of any issues.

Whilst we will be more than happy to help track, we cannot be held responsible for what happens to your package once it is in the hands of our friends at Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For the rest of the World we will use the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service - we cannot guarantee a delivery length at this point in time but its journey can be tracked.

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you order a made to order ring, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty.

If it was purchased from our ready to send section then we are happy to offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind within 14 days.  We require the item to be returned recorded delivery before the refund is processed.
